Responsible Gaming at li999 is our commitment

li999 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not a source of financial stress. Use our safe gaming tools and support team to keep your gaming habits in check.

Important Notice: Online gaming is for players aged 21 and over only. Gambling can cause financial harm and may be addictive. If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, contact us immediately or seek professional help.

Core Principles of Responsible Gaming

At li999, we believe every player's gaming experience should be enjoyable, safe and controlled. Responsible gaming means knowing your limits, making conscious decisions and asking for help when needed. Our platform has a range of protection tools to help you maintain healthy gaming habits.

Deposit Limits

Set how much you want to deposit daily, weekly or monthly in advance. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. If you request to increase your limit, a 24-hour waiting period applies for your safety.

Session Time Limits

Decide how long you will game in a single sitting. When your set time is up, the platform will alert you. Set daily session limits and take breaks — this is important for your wellbeing.

Self-Exclusion

If you want to take a break for a while, you can temporarily close your account for a set period. You can also apply for long-term or permanent self-exclusion, which takes effect within 72 hours.

Loss Limits

If your losses exceed a set amount, gaming will automatically stop. This tool protects you from major financial harm and keeps gaming within the bounds of entertainment.

24/7 Support

li999's Bengali-speaking support team is available around the clock. If you have any concerns about your gaming, contact us directly via live chat or email. We are committed to being by your side.

Minor Protection

li999 strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Creating an account and gaming is completely prohibited for minors. Keep your device and account safe from younger members of your household.

Best Practices for Responsible Gaming

Gaming is for Entertainment Only

Play at li999 because it is fun — not as a source of income. Every bet carries the chance of a loss. Do not try to run your daily life on winnings. Let gaming be a source of enjoyment, not stress.

Set Your Budget Beforehand

Before you start gaming, decide the maximum amount you are willing to spend. Once that budget is gone, end your session — avoid depositing more in the hope of recovering losses. Chasing lost money is harmful.

Be Aware of Your Mental State

Never game when you are angry, frustrated, stressed or under the influence of substances. Making sound decisions is harder in these states and the risk of serious financial harm increases. Rest and play with a clear head.

Let Your Family Know

Talk openly with your family about your gaming habits. Transparency helps prevent addiction. If your family expresses concern, take it seriously.

Take Regular Breaks

Avoid long uninterrupted gaming sessions. Take at least a 15-minute break every hour. Go outside, walk, eat, drink water. Enjoy gaming while keeping your health in good shape.

Keep Your Device Secure

Keep your account and login details protected so minors cannot gain access. Use a strong password and avoid logging in to your account on public devices.
